Paleo beef and lamb eggplant bolognese with zucchini noodles – eggplant gets an assist from ground beef in this bolognese offering. it has all the flavors you love from a traditional bolognese but it’s served over zucchini noodles instead of noodles made from wheat or other grains for a paleo meal.. I had some ground lamb burning a hole in my freezer and it was a beautiful day for grilling outside. so, after reviewing several different versions of ground lamb recipes, i came up with this one.. Lamb and sweet potato cottage pie for some of us, winter is here to stay and letting the cold air get to us. it’s the perfect time of the year to go back to these old fashioned recipes that we often forget, but which give us so much comfort and good memories..
