Singapore Heritage Cookbook Past Present Future







A few days ago, i was very privileged to have been invited to cover the launch of the singapore heritage cookbook: past present future at nanyang polytechnic and i am glad that i was there!. Singapore - a new cookbook has been launched by nanyang polytechnic (nyp) to celebrate the nation's 50th birthday and its unique cuisine. entitled "the singapore heritage cookbook: past, present, future", the 240-page book was authored by marina mandarin singapore executive chef tony khoo and food blogger dr leslie tay.. The singapore heritage cookbook, a 240-page, entails the past, present and future trends of local delights has snagged the gourmand.
